After the success of the 1st edition of Perspectives of Women festival this year in Madrid and organized by Community MAV (Women in the Visual Arts) in 2013 we decided to make a second edition of it, this time at the national level.

The festival looks like Women cover art programming throughout the month of March with exhibitions, events and theoretical activities featuring artists, art critics, curators and researchers, to reach full social diffusion and the visibility it deserves women's work in the system of Spanish art.

At last year's festival brought together 72 offices in Madrid and showcased the work of over 300 artists and 30 art critics, curators and researchers.
